Our Statement of Faith expresses our foundational beliefs as a Christian ministry that anchors our programs, decisions, and how we nurture children in Christ.

We believe:

  1. The Old and New Testament Scriptures are inspired by God, without error in their original form, and are the ultimate authority for faith and life (2 Timothy 3:16; 1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter 1:21).
  2. There is one God who exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (1 John 5:7; Genesis 1:26; Matthew 3:16-17; 28:19; Luke 1:35; Isaiah 9:6; Hebrews 1:8-9).
  3. Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and is both fully God and fully man (John 1:1, 14, 20:28; 1 Timothy 3:16; Isaiah 9:6; Philippians 2:5-6; 1 Timothy 2:5).
  4. Man was created in God’s image but fell into sin, bringing both physical and spiritual death, and all humans inherit a sinful nature (Genesis 1:26-31, 3:1-7; Romans 5:12-21).
  5. Jesus Christ died for our sins as our substitute, and all who trust in Him are justified by His shed blood (Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5; Romans 10:9-10; Acts 16:31; Hebrews 9:22; John 1:12).
  6. Jesus Christ rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and is there now serving as High Priest and Advocate (Luke 24:36, 39; John 2:19, 20:26-28; Philippians 3:20-21).
  7. There is a blessed hope in the personal and imminent return of Jesus Christ (Acts 1:11; 1 Corinthians 11:26; Philippians 1:10; 1 Thessalonians 3:13, 4:15-5:4, 5:23; 2 Timothy 4:8; Titus 2:13; Hebrews 9:28, 10:25, 37; 1 John 2:28, 3:2-3; Revelation 3:11, 16:15, 22:12-13, 22:20-21).
  8. All who accept Jesus Christ by faith are born again through the Holy Spirit and become God’s children (John 1:12, 3:16; Acts 2:38; Romans 6:3, 8:9, 10:9-10; 2 Corinthians 5:17; Ephesians 1:13-14, 2:8-9; Galatians 3:26; Titus 3:5).
  9. There will be a bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost, with eternal joy for the saved and eternal punishment for the lost (John 5:28-29; Acts 17:31, 24:15; 1 Corinthians 15:12; Revelation 20:12-13).
