Foundation Ministry

o We believe that loving one another flows naturally from experiencing Christ’s love ourselves. This is demonstrated by studying and living out the “one another” teachings found throughout Scripture. (John 13:33-34, Matt. 22:39, 1 John 3:14-16, Romans 14:19, Romans 15:7, Col. 3:16, Gal. 6:2, Eph. 4:2, Eph. 4:32, 1 Thess. 4:18, James 5:16, Romans 12:10)

Our Approach

o We value investing in the continuing development of staff and volunteers by training them proportionate to their responsibilities. (1 Cor. 9:24-25).

o We believe in working together with unity of spirit and purpose while serving interdependently as members of Christ’s body (Philippians 2:2).

o We uphold integrity by living according to biblical standards and our core values. We aim to present ourselves truthfully, avoiding any form of deception or exaggeration, and we are committed to keeping our promises. (Eph. 4:25).

o We value excellence, a quality of work that honors God and is pleasing to Him. (Col. 3:23).

o We believe in managing all that God has entrusted to us—our people, finances, and time—with faithfulness and wisdom. (1 Cor. 4:2)
